It is very beautiful. It came very well packaged in styrofoam. But the lighting is a very weak LED; the light intensity could be stronger. Other than that, it's great and I recommend it. It's made of glass and has a stainless steel base.
Luckily, the lamp is actually made out of glass - so i was satisfied with that. However, the orange colour is not uniformly distributed throughout the entire glass. It's a lot thinner in colour at the top, so in certain shades the glass looks quite splotchy. But for the price, you can't really complain that the glass is not intensely coloured to a high quality.
Fits perfectly with our home's modern aesthetic. The light output is warm and even, exactly what I was hoping for. The mounting hardware included made installation simple.
The design is even more elegant in person than in photos. Brighter than I expected, which is exactly what I needed. Great value for the price compared to similar pieces I found elsewhere. A few minor scuffs on arrival but nothing major.
The base is heavy enough that it will not tip over. Beautiful lines and a really polished finish. The on/off switch has a nice satisfying click.
It works even better than I hoped after reading the reviews. Materials feel premium, not cheap at all. Gives the perfect reading light without disturbing my partner.
